Terms and Conditions of Property Caretakers Ltd: Upon acceptance on quote, payment are expected in 4 instalments 50% of the total (incl. GST) to start the work, 30% of the remaining total (inc. GST) due when the work is 50% finished, 10% of the remaining total (inc. GST) to be paid when the work is 90% finished and final 10% to be paid upon completion. Account details are as below, ANZ Bank, Account Name - Property Caretakers Ltd, Account number – 01-0190-0466222-00 with reference as your property address. Your acceptance and deposit paid are the signed authorization to start the work. Any change/ addition / amendments / alteration / variation to the scope of work will directly impact the quoted amount and will be billed over and above the quotation. Any cancellation after the start of job due to client’s unforeseen reasons will forfeit the given deposit unless agreed by both parties otherwise.
